World War I Collection

was in the states as a fellow can get good money now a days. I wrote to Ray Leo a couple of times but have not received an answer. I only received one letter from Otto since he reached Fort Myers and for all I know he may be on his way over here. I hope you go out to see my ma once in a while and cheer her up. I have not received the last package you sent but I guess it is held up some where.

Well dear I have no news to write you as news over here is very scarce. I suppose you are having one grand time now that you have so much time to your self. I guess you are out every night to a dance or party. I guess you are a real night owl but I sure wish I was there with you. I go to bed at nine every night and am up at five-forty-five and some times sooner. No more late hours for me look there used to be.
