Dear Sir,
In Nov. last you were requested, by letter, to inform us whether you wished to retain the space between your lot #851 Elm Ave. and #689 H. B. Sargent Propr. as we had an application to sell it, and adjoining Proprs. have the privilege (by the Bye Laws) of buying such spaces in preference to other purchasers.
We have never rec'd. your reply and having since had another application for the land, would be greatly obliged if you will inform us at your earliest convenience, whether you wish to take the space or not.
