Trustees _
The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on
There were present, the President, Messrs Adams, Austin, Cheever, Little, Lovejoy, Norcross, Rand and Read.
The record of the last two meetings was read. _
Representation of Lots _
Upon the petition of the parties in interest representatives were designated for the several lots in connection with which they are named as follows:
Joseph Palmer, M. D. of Boston, son in-law of Alice Gragg, deceased proprietor of lot numbered 46;
Charles C. Henshaw, of Boston, son of Charles Henshaw deceased proprietor of lot numbered 276;
Mary Longfellow Greenleaf of Cambridge, daughter-in law of Simon Greenleaf deceased proprietor of lot numbered 509;
Martha M. Bradley of Boston, widow of Benjamin Bradley deceased proprietor of lot numbered 541;
Caleb A. Curtis of Boston, son of Caleb Curtis deceased proprietor of lot numbered 665:
Harriet M. Andrews of Somerville, widow of Alfred A. Andrews, deceased proprietor of lot numbered 785;

Contract for Perpetl Repair of Lot 1841
The Secretary reported that the Committee on Lots had contracted with Mr Peter C. Brooks for the perpetual care of the "Capt. Josiah Sturgis lot." so called _ numbered eighteen hundred and forty one, (1841) for the sum of two hundred dollars. _

Voted that said contract be concurred in.
