To the Committee on Interments

Gentlemen

I have applied the rule of the Committee, in the case of Trinity Church, but find no case where there would be any extra charge for records. There are 45 cases which at $5 gives $225 - These cases contain 116 bodies, but as a number are unknown, the work of recording is equal to 58 names at $1.00 say $58.

As the interments were made at the time the catacombs were building, there was no labor expended in opening or closing the graves, and as the cases were all received at six or possibly eight times, $30 would cover all cost to the corporation for attendance &c.

Respectfully J.W. Lovering
