Dear Madam

Your Lot #66, which was sodded in the spring of '71, like many others has suffered from the dry weather of the past summer. The fall rains will probably do much towards improving the sod.

With a top dressing of manure this fall, it would undoubtedly present a satisfactory appearance to you during next year. The flowers to me seem to be looking quite well.
