Cont. for perp. rep. with G. of Lot No 2581.
The Secretary having stated that the Committee on Lots had recommended the Trustees to guaranty the perpetual repair of Lot #2581, Evergreen Path, late of Benjamin Hartshorn, deceased, for the sum of $300.– it was
Voted, – that the above contract be concurred in.
Upon the petitions of the parties in interest representatives were designated for lots as follows, viz: –
2312 Frances W. Simpson (Miss) of Boston, sister of John Simpson, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Twenty-three hundred & twelve.
3120 Charles Wells Cook of Boston, grandson of Charles Wells, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Thirty-one hundred & twenty.
Adjourned to Friday, at 4 P.M. Saml Batchelder Jr., Secretary.
