Messrs A. McDonald & Son

Dear Sirs

The flower borders on each side of the step on lot 3230 belong to the Corporation and I Cannot therefore give any permission to purchase them.

Yrs truly

Supt

Messers Evans & Tombs

Dear Sirs:

Your order for a foundation in lot 1965 received, but as there are several graves in the rear of the lot which extend to within about one foot of centre of same, I think it will be necessary to place the monument farther front.

Yours Resp'y

J. W. Lovering Supt.

Lewis Jones and Son Dear Sirs:

The stone for the Eastburn Lot 1898 has been delivered and I find on looking at it that several small pieces have been chipped from the base. My men did not unload it. The money to be paid to the person delivering it has not yet been called for and I thought under the circumstances you might not wish it to be paid.

Miss M. A. P. Russell, Nahant.

Dear Madam:-

Your note is received. The only special work needed on your lot is the repairing of the sodding around three myrtle graves. That it might be well for you to order in person when you see the lot.

Respectfully yours,

Supt.

Henry C. Snow 27 Newbury St. Boston

Dear Sir,

Your order for lot 2204 received; The grass will be cut at once and topdressing put on this Fall. Will you kindly inform me if you wish the usual amount of plants (five dollars worth) put out in 1889? as the order is not quite clear in that respect.

Yours Truly

J.W. Lovering Sup't. per F. A. B.
