May 18, 1868 _ [Finance Com^ee to audit accts, of present Treas^r to] deliver property to his successor upon taking bond &c _

and other property of this Corporation which may be in his possession, giving and taking proper receipts therefor, and report to the Trustees.

Perpet^l Repair of Lot 1363 _

The Committee on Lots reported that they had contracted with George B. Upton, proprietor of lot numbered thirteen hundred and sixty three (1363) for the perpetual care of said lot on payment of five hundred dollars. _

Voted that said contract be confirmed. _

Upon the petition of the parties in interest, representatives were designated for the lots in connection with which they are named as follows: _

250 George Hughes, of Boston, son in law of W^m W. Parrott dec^d prop^r of lot numbered 250;

1249 Chas. O. Eaton of Boston, son in law of Geo. P. Tewksbury, dec^d prop^r of lot numbered 1249;

1641 Eugene Sturtevant, of Boston, one of the heirs of Newell Sturtevant, tenants in common of lot numbered 1641;

2846 Angeline H. Snelling,^^{of Boston,} guardⁿ of minor child of Rufus N. Forbush dec^d proprietor of lot numbered 2846.
