I. & S.C. Goodwin Esqs.

Dear Sirs

I have looked at your lots #3777 & 3778 and find the stone has settled somewhat and needs resetting & clamping & leading, the expense of which would be from $25 to $35.

From all I can see, the corporation did the work in a good & faithful manner, & the settling is from causes beyond their control.

Should you have the curbs reset the use of the clamps would probably make the work more permanent, tho' the lots under perpetual care we find need frequent repairs.

Yours respectuly JW Lovering Supt

Mt Auburn

S.T. Snow Esq Ch. Comm. on Lots

Dear Sir

Lot #2370 Nichols was curbed by the Corporation . It would appear from the books that we hauled in & set the curb. I do not know who furnished it, but as I find a small credit in the account for the old corner posts returned, I think the discrepancy would have been discussed at that time, if only 180 ft were enclosed, instead of the 221 ft.

Lots 3777 & 37778 need to have posting of the curb reset, clamped & leaded at an estimated expense of $30.

Respectfuly J.W. Lovering
