Your letter of the 10th inst is received. We have found it advisable to issue the "circulars" this fall for work to be done through the year of 1874. If you notice the stamp on the circular you will see that it is dated .

I am very sorry you were caused any trouble in the matter.

Your favor of 10th inst. at hand. Lot 2692 next South East of yours is owned by Lawson Valentine of New York. (this is the latest address we have)

I can sell you a lot opposite yours on Fountain Ave, and of the same size (20'x20' posted, number cut, graded and sodded for $1150. I can give you a lot 15'x20' in same locality for $875 finished in same way. Should be pleased to show you the lots when you can come out, or I can be found at 16 Pemberton Sq Room 6 from 12 to 2 P.M. on Saturdays.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest representatives were designated for Lots as follows, viz; –

354 Annie B. Henshaw of Boston, daughter of Saml Henshaw, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Three hundred & fifty-four.

1233 Martha W. Smith of Waltham, widow of Perez Smith, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Twelve hundred & thirty-three.

1638 Charles A. Phelps of Boston, son of Abner Phelps, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Sixteen hundred & thirty-eight.

2287 Nancy H. Fosdick of Charlestown, daughter of John Fosdick deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Twenty-two hundred & eighty-seven.
