Mr A. Parker states that the bill of $232.50 lately sent you belongs to him to pay, & he will meet it next week.
I sent it to you as it came in from the Supt who perhaps did not know the arrangement between you & Mr Parker -- if he did, it was overlooked.
I write at Mr P.'s request to say that we are willing to lift the obligation from you to his shoulders.
