Cont. for perp. rep. with G. of Lot N^o 2581.

The Secretary having stated that the Committee on Lots had recommended the Trustees to guaranty the perpetual repair of Lot #2581, Evergreen Path, late of Benjamin Hartshorn, deceased, for the sum of $300.– it was

Voted, – that the above contract be concurred in.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest representatives were designated for lots as follows, viz: –

2312 Frances W. Simpson (Miss) of Boston, sister of John Simpson, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Twenty-three hundred & twelve.

3120 Charles Wells Cook of Boston, grandson of Charles Wells, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Thirty-one hundred & twenty.

Adjourned to Friday, 12^t inst. at 4 P.M. Sam^l Batchelder Jr., Secretary.

An adjourned monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on Friday, March 12^t at Four o'clock P. M.

Present, Messrs J. T. Bradlee, Brewer, Browne, Choate, Lawrence, Little, Perkins, Pickering, Snow and Spelman.

The record of the last meeting was read and approved.
