Brice S. Evans Esq

Dear Sir

Your directions to cut grass on lot 3576 Rosebay was received here this a.m. I have directed the gardener to have the lot cleaned up and grass cut thro' the season, at a cost of $5.00 -- Last year you had care plants & top dressing. I should like to be advised if you want plants this year.

I enclose postal order for signature. You will observe that by signing at bottom of card the order will remain in force each year until countermanded, thus obviating the trouble of ordering each year; this plan is adopted for the convenience of such proprietors as choose to make use of it.

Very Respectfully J.W. Lovering Sup.t per Childs

Dear Sir

Your note received ordering grass cut on the late Mr C W Cumming's lot

The Trustees have directed me to do no work on lots where there are unpaid bills. There is a bill of $3.50 due on this lot since 1873. If you will see our Treasurer (16 Pemberton Sqr) and arrange the matter the work will be gone on with at once.

Also please say if you desire the grass cut only once or during the season.

Very respectfully James W Lovering pr J.C.S. Supt
