Contracts for perpet. Rep with G. of Lots 409 1872 & 3467.

late of Sarah E. Cazenove, deceased, for Six hundred dollars; of Lot No 1872 on Spruce Avenue, belonging to Dexter Roby for Five hundred and twenty-five dollars; and of Lot No 3467 on Myrtle Path, belonging to Hacket Derby, M.D. for Four hundred and fifty dollars; it was

Voted, – that the contracts aforesaid be severally concurred in by this Board

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest representatives were designated for lots as follows, viz:

1663 Arthur N. Whiting of Watertown, Son of Nathl Whiting, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Sixteen hundred & sixty=three.

3102 Charles Darrow of Boston, Son of Charles S. Darrow, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Thirty=one hundred and two.

Accounts &c at the Cemetery. Com. to cons. what changes in mode of keeping may be desirable, &c.

On motion by Mr Turner it was

Voted, – that the President of this Board and the Committee on Finance be instructed to consider and report what changes, if any, are desirable in the method and system of books and accounts at the Cemetery; and also what clerical force is necessary in said department.

Voted, – that when this meeting adjourns it adjourns to meet at this place on Wednesday, the , at Four P.M.

Voted, – that this meeting be adjourned.

for reelection as President upon the re-organization of the Board after the Annual Meeting of the Proprietors.

Cont. for perp. rep. with G. of Lots Nos 246 & 3102.

The Secretary having stated that the Committee on Lots has recommended the Trustees to guarantee the perpetual repair of Lot No 246 on Lily Path late of Otis Daniel deceased for the sum of seven hundred dollars; also of Lot No 3102 on Buckthorn Path, late of Charles S. Darrow, deceased, for the sum of six hundred and seventy-five dollars; – it was

Voted, – that the aforesaid contracts be concurred in, on the part of this Board

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest representatives were designated for Lots as follows, viz;

246 Sarah F. Daniell, of Boston, daughter of Otis Daniell, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Two hundred & forty-six.

1984 Francis J. Quigley of Cambridge, son of Charles Quigley, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Nineteen hundred & eighty-four.

No other business being presented, it was

Voted, – that this meeting be dissolved.
