Halcyon Avenues, belonging to Moses A. Dow, for the sum of eleven hundred dollars; of Lot N^o 1780 on Pilgrim Path belonging to J. Huntington Wolcott for the sum of eight hundred dollars; and of Lot N^o 1781 on Pilgrim Path, lately owned by Samuel Frothingham deceased, for the sum of six hundred dollars, – it was

Voted, – that the aforesaid contracts be concurred in on the part of this Board.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest representatives were designated for lots as follows, viz: –

717 Charles S. Patten of Boston, son of James Patten, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Seven hundred & seventeen.

1073. Eliza Ayers (M^rs Nath^l) of Newton, sister-in-law of Asher Pike, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered One thousand & seventy-three.

1383 William T. Burrage of Pittsford V^t son of Joseph L. Burrage, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Thirteen hundred & eighty-three.

1661 J. Augustus Lynch of Boston, son of Stephen Lynch, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Sixteen hundred & sixty-one
