Your committee on Sewers and Drainage to whom was referred the petition of Charles Hart and others for a sewer on Cedar Street from 4th & Water and on Water from Cedar & Vine report in favor of granting the same.
As said petition says there are a large number of houses needing sewage facilities that are denied them as the present sewers are arranged and immediate relief should be given the property owners.

MR PRESIDENT: Your Committee on Streets to whom was referred Petition of Wm Ritterhoff and others, beg to report as follows. We recommend that the Board of Public Works be authorized to raise the sidewalk as prayed for in the petition, provided the city be put to no expense whatever for raising buildings on the line of said sidewalk.
