I had another big feed of oysters yesterday and what I mean they were sure fine I wish you were here you enjoy some of them as they sure have fine oysters in this State.

I just recieved the valentine and the two rolls of papers that Lydia sent me there is sure lots of news in them that interests me I see where Geo Holden of Redwood City is dead and also Joseph Tobin of Hillsborough.
