Dear Sir,

I send the three deeds of lots in Mt Auburn, be - longing to Messrs Granville Fuller, John W. Hollis & Life Baldwin. Nos. 3034, 3035, 3036.—

Please send me $6.50 for same— viz— $5. for recording the transfer back to the Corporation of making & recording these three deeds and $1.50 paid out for stamps.

Dear Sir,

The executors of Israel Lombard decline, as I am informed by Govr Washburn, the proposition of the Comee on Lots— to guaranty the perpetual care of lot No. 497 for the sum of $500. for want of funds at their con-- trol for the purpose—

And they wish to know if the Corporation will accept the bequest of $300. upon the terms named in the will.

I send you a copy of this clause.

Trustees _ _

The regular meeting of the Trustees of Mount Auburn Cemetery was held on

There were present Messrs Bigelow, Cheever, Curtis, Little and Nazro.

The record of the last meeting was read.

Purchase of Watriss lot _ referred to next meeting _

The subject of the purchase of the lot of land west of and adjoining the Cemetery came up by assignment. As there was a bare quorum of the Board present, on motion of Mr Curtis, it was

Voted that the subject be referred to the next meeting in September. _

Lot 2326 _ to be reconveyed to Corporation and division into three lots authorized _

On the application of Seth Pettee, Trustee under the will of Mace Tisdale, deceased, late proprietor of lot no. 2326, situated upon Lime Avenue, and upon motion by Mr Curtis,

Voted that the Trustees hereby accept the reconveyance of said lot for the purpose of conveying the land contained therein in three lots to Life Baldwin, John W. Hollis and Granville Fuller of Brighton, and that said conveyances be made under the direction of the Committee on Lots.

Bill of F. Haskell referred to Mr Curtis _

A bill against the Corporation amounting to $8.00 made by F. Haskell, on motion of Mr Nazro, was referred to Mr Curtis with full power. ~
