The boy who sat next to me at the table said he knew you. His name is Rex McBride. He is in medicine but only a junior in college. I had a pretty good time but thought of you most of the time. Danced some and then played little kid games. She had a lovely dinner and the table was decorated grand. Everything was in green.

This afternoon I went to a shower for Alice Teague given by Florence Barry. They live next to Weinman's. After luncheon we played "500". Had loads of fun, I never laughed so much in my life before.
