When Francis Graves rings up to see if I am going with him to the dance, I am going to tell him I have another date. I would a million times rather go out with you dear, than him.

I will phone Florence to-day and tell her we will be unable to go to her house Friday night. I don't want to go if you can't. Joc said you would be home next Saturday.

from studying I thought that it wouldn't hurt me to rest for a little while. Evelyn and I are going over at 7:30 to-morrow morning as we have some things to tend to before the ex.

Yesterday morning I helped mother wash clothes. After lunch Mabel Linderman and I went up town. When I got home I studied until dinner time. Then started right in again after dinner. Francis Graves phoned & asked me to go to the Yacht Club dance Friday night but I told him I couldn't because I had a final in History the next day. He teased me to go and said we would be home

I miss you already, dear. But although I just love to have you home I know it is better for you not to come [home - crossed out] every week, you never can get any work done when you do come home, You can just remember that I am thinking of you all the time when you are not here, but wishing you were.
