She thinks she will first consult her cousin, whether he may not wish for it. --

Will you, if I should not see you, please show her in the neighborhood of the new Fountain -- also the lot you purchased on Laurel Hill. --

I also mentioned to her the high ground just southerly of the new Ave you are making up by Myrtle Path. I told her it is as yet unfitted for sale. She thinks she before marked this ground.

I shall try to get up there. If the weather should be unfavorable the party will not come out. --

Truly yours

Capt. Winsor

Dear Sir,

Please return me the list of lots of which the fences need painting -- which I left with you -- corrected.

Please also make up a list of the lots ready for Mr Shedd's survey.

I send you an order from Sam. Eliot for a headstone.

Complaint was made to me two or three days since that the boundary posts ordered, and paid for, on lot of Thos. Hall, 641, Willow Ave Decr 11, 1863, are not yet set. -- $8.00 was paid. You will find it among your orders. Please look to this.

Yours truly

A.J. Coolidge

J.H. Shedd Esq

Dear Sir,

I have made a careful list of all lots sold since no. 3000 not on the Sectional Sur-- vey, and have gone over this list with the Superintendent, and noted all lots ready for survey, and have duplicate lists of the same, one of which is at your service for making the survey. The danger of bad weather is now so great, I should like to have you proceed at once. --

Please inform me on what day you will commence. -- There are no less than 103 lots ready & per-- haps there will be others before it is com-- pleted. Some of these, like Laurel Hill, you may have already. --

Yours truly

A.J. Coolidge

Edwin F. Adams Esq

Dear Sir,

I send you the instruments to be executed by yourself, and others in the matter of endowing lots 1875-8 in-- clusive, in Mt Auburn.

I marked in pencil the way the paper should be executed. You can rub out my pencil marks, or write over them, and I will erase them.—

I did not know whether Mr Forster's residence is Somerville or Charlestown, & left it blank.

When the parties have signed, I will help you through with the rest.

Truly yours

A.J. Coolidge Sec.

Capt. Winsor,

Dear Sir,

Will you, if you have time in the morning, fill up and bring in a Report upon lot 1397 Asclepias Path, Sol. Sargent, for Perpetual Repair?—

I wish also the inside measures of the Cutter, Fay & Thompson lots on Laurel Hill. Mr Shedd has not got them, but says you have them. And if you have your diagram of irregular lots in such shape as to bring them in and clear obstructions I should like it.

I will try to give you a report upon the Interments.

By the way (privately) if Lewis Jones has not taken away that August order of interment, please get it of Mr. Safford, & bring it in. It will not alter the situation of matters with Jones.

Respectfully yours,

A.J. Coolidge Sec.y
