"Bridge". We had a very nice time at the card party on Thursday. It was given in Capwell's pavillion.

Last night Joc came down, we all went over to meet him even Mary Helen. The train is due at seven and it was one hour and a half late. Joc said they had to wait for the Santa Cruz train at Felton, and it was late because they were having some Elk's doings.

We went over to Breed's, to play cards last night. Helen Lamb and Sally Robbins were there. Sally is staying with Helen.
