Don't know what I will do this fall. I hate to go back to Henry Street, I got in such a rut there, although they have raised the salary to $1700 a year. I am thinking of private duty nursing or industrial nursing, but any how I won't work until October, I simply have to have[inserted above] sometime with you until you start back to Cornell.

about K. Vaughn was welcome. I am glad you see him for I believe him to be [underlined] a nice boy – I am not anxious for you to meet, these boys with grand houses & autos. Many happen to be nice & good to be with but the chances are against it. to all points of interest along the Southern Calif. (U.S.) shore. Great dope Edward – I wish that I had had a chance to see my own state before I came east.

But why you are enjoying yourself west I have been enjoying myself east in a more social way than you have. We have given about two hops so far and have attended about ten. We have been to Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Virginia and one or two more – [and - crossed out] This Friday we are going to New York to stay for three days. I am going to telegraph to Aunt Anna to meet there but I do not know whether she will come or not. I hope that she will.
