I wonder [underlined] would it be proper for you to call upon Margaret Kew? I always thought it Ker ["r" double underlined] but I believe it is Kew ["w" double underlined]? I wish Dick were near enough to give you a letter of introduction to Miss Kew. If Capt or Mrs Miller were here I know they would.

How would it be for you to write & ask Capt Miller or Mrs for a card of introduction to Miss Kew -- ? I am sure they would give it & so would to Dick -- if they were within reach.
