33 School St. Boston, Geo Wm Bond Esq Treasr &c.

My dear Sir,

I send you 50 proprietors tickets.

Also deeds for Duncan Bradford, Esqr, Mary A. Faden, and of Passageway to Eunice M. Gridley

The deed ordered in name of Charlotte Oxnard cannot be made without putting the title of the lot in her name. By referring to the catalogue you will perceive she only represents it. I believe J. Ingersoll Bowditch is one of the Trustees under the wills - a man impatient of forms - and I should not be surprized if he shd refuse to do anything about it. The addition should be conveyed to the party in whom the legal estate of the lot has vested.

Is there not some mistake about the passagway to B.A. Gould which Mr Mann has described? I remember that in Mr. Gould's lifetime this whole space about 9 to 11 ft. was divided between Mr G. & Dr. Bigelow, and you will see on the catalogue that each has 85 [ft?]. It may that ^ Mr Mann he has discovered more land.

Truly yours A.J. Coolidge Secretary

Left margin: Mrs. Eliz. C. Thayer shd pay $1.00 more for new deed record.

Jona. Mann Esq Supt Mt Auburn

Dear Sir,

Will you please examine the lots described on the accompanying blanks, -457, 479 & 480, - and send me the blanks filled out. Also state what in your judgement should be charged for the perpetual care of each. We are aware that they are in the same enclosure, but the contracts, if made, must be distinct.

Truly yours A. J. Coolidge Secretary.

Dear Sir,

I see not impropriety in considering that Lot 790 in Mount Auburn, in accordance with your wish, passed directly to your son Wells, Mr. Mr Wells. But as he the sole heir at law of this late father which I was not aware of I sent the blank petition, that form becomes unneccessary and instead thereof he is entitled to file his affidavit that he is sole heir at law, which as is noted upon our records and the name entered in the catalogue.

I have therefore prepared said affidavit, and if he will call at this office. I need desire him but in short time . The [?] fee therefor is $1.-

Very respy yours A.J. Coolidge

Miss E.M Gridley

Dear Madam,

I have drawn up a document as nearly in accordance with our conversation and your supposed wishes as I have been able to make it.

I was not quite sure of the Christian name of your sister, and you will see that I have inserted it in pencil.

If it is satisfactory, I will wait upon you at your house, or you can come down, as you prefer.- If you desire any further alterations I shall be happy to listen to what you may wish.

If you should come down prepared to finish, you will need your policy, and the deed of the lot.

Very respl.y yours A.J. Coolidge
