In testimony whereof, the said Proprietors of the Cemetary [sic] of Mount Auburn have caused this instrument to be signed by their Treasurer and countersigned by their Secretary and their Common Seal to be hereto affixed, .

Parker as Secretary of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn and acknowledged the foregoing instrument to be the free act and deed of the said Corporation. Before me Chas. Theo. Russell Justice of the Peace.
