In testimony whereof, the said Proprietors of the Cemetary [sic] of Mount Auburn have caused this instrument to be signed by their Treasurer and countersigned by their Secretary and their Common Seal to be hereto affixed, the twenty fourth day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty eight.
