getting leave for home. —

No news from you dear since your letter of Nov 12th — the day after the Armistice — & we are very eager for news of you —

Your Cousin & mine — "Buddie" Panton otherwise William Panton III has not been heard from by his parents since September — They are terribly worried — He was in artillery I think but I don't know which one — He is a tall fine looking fellow about the age of Lesley..

Don't forget if you should hear of him or see him to let us know — but of course his family fear he is wounded
