Mr Levi Brigham, proprietor of lot numbered 1290 on Pine Ave desires to know for what sum the Corporation will contract to keep his lot in perpetual Repair. I enclose the Supt's description of said lot.

At the meeting of the Trustees of Mount Auburn Cemetery, , the following vote was passed.
"That the Committee chosen to prosecute the claim against of the Corporation against Jona Mann be instructed to make a report at the next meeting, of their proceedings in the suit, and of the expenses thus far incurred from the commencement of the investigation of his accounts.

The Committee on Lots have instructed me to report to you that they have taken your application into consideration, and that this Corporation will contract for the Perpetual care of your lot No. 1290. Pine Avenue for the sum six hundred dollars.

Dear Sir,
The Committee on Lots have instructed me to notify you that this Corporation will contract for the perpetual repair of Lot No. 1935, belonging to James Carpenter, located upon Lupine Path, for three hundred dollars, the proprietor first causing the lot to be resodded.
I should have notified you yesterday, as requested, had I not inadvertently left the venue, containing your address with the Superintendant, and being unable to recollect your name and place of business.-
