Dear Sir,

Mr E.K. Roberts, of Boston had his brother Alfred deposited in the Receiving Tomb Aug 9, 1864, & has rec^d notice of expiration of the 4 mos.-

He wishes a little further time to select a lot, & will do so, if the snow leaves so as to afford him an opportunity. I have told him, that $ 1.25 per month would be charged him extra to be deducted out of the am^t to be refunded.

Dear Sir,

I have ^^had a new Report made upon the four lots of yourself and others, and have submitted them subject to the Comon Lots, who have directed me to inform you that the Corporation will assume the contract for perpetual repair of these lots for $1200.-- The by laws do not permit the assumption of one of the guarantee contracts for less than $300 for each lot of 300 feet.

If you shall conclude to accept the offer, I will wait upon you at any time to draw the necessary papers.
