I have yet no orders for [Jus. Recd?] & al. {3419 3420 3421 3422 3423} 3496 3497 3521 3524 3529 3531 and all after 3531.

If you will complete your orders for what remains. I will endeavor to complete the deeds within a week so as to be in-- season for your [?].

I shall be able to furnish what I have on hand, as soon as I receive some items from the Surveyor & Supt— Please be correct in transcribing Capt. Winsor's sketches & figures.

on lots and Mr Choate. In the absence of Mr Choate the Report was read by the President, and at his suggestion it was

Voted, – that the consideration of the same be deferred to the next meeting of the Board.

Turner, A. T. effective drainage near his Lot.

A verbal communication was made to the Board by Mr Turner respecting the insufficient size of the cesspool near his Lot on Saffron Path and the lack of proper drainage in this part of the Cemetery. The subject was very fully discussed, and various plans for remedying the difficulty suggested, but no action was taken.

Quarterly Statements of Treasr referred to Com. on Finance.

The reports of the Treasurer for the quarter ending , (which were inadvertently overlooked at the meeting of the Board,) having been submitted by the Secretary, it was

Voted, – that the Treasurer's statements be referred to the Committee on Finance, to consider and report.

Monthly statement of Sales of Lots rec. & placed on file. Cont. for Perpet. Rep. with G. of Lots Nos 121 2168 & 4156. Reconveyance to Corpn in trust of Lot 121.

The Secretary having stated that the Committee on Lots had recommended the Trustees to guaranty the perpetual repair of Lots Nos 2168 and 4156 belonging to Wm R. Lawrence for the sum of one hundred dollars, each; and of Lot No 121 belonging to Luther Parks, for the sum of Five hundred & fifty dollars, and had also approved the reconveyance of said last=named Lot to the Corporation in trust, it was

Voted, – that the above named instruments be concurred in, on the part of this Corporation.

Voted, – that this meeting be dissolved.

the general subject of water-supply for the Cemetery "to consider and report", – that having given the subject careful consideration they were of opinion that it was inexpedient to make arrangements for such supply at the present time.

Voted, – that the report be accepted.

Saffron Path. Petition of A. J. Coolidge et. als. for change of grade of Lots upon. Report concerning accepted.

A report was also received from the Committee on Grounds, to whom, at the meeting of the , was in reference to a change of grade on Saffron Path; stating that in the judgment of the Committee it is unadvisable to raise the grade of the lots on said Path at the present time, as the Committee wish to consider the question in connection with the general subject of the drainage of Spruce Avenue and surrounding territory, but would recommend that said Path be dug out from Lot #3531 to Crocus Path, a distance, of say, 140 feet, and filled in with broken stone and gravel, at an estimated expense of two hundred dollars ($200.–)

Appropriation of $200.– made

Voted, – that the report be accepted, and the sum of two hundred dollars appropriated to meet the Estimated cost of the improvement named.

Watriss Lot, Chant Lot removal of fence

A report was received from the same Committee covering a recommendation for the taking down of the remaining portion of the fence on the line of the Watriss and Chant Lots and the removal of the same to the line of the Chant Lot and Roman Catholic Cemetery, and continuing the remaining distance to the line of the
