Otis Daniel Esq. 15 Congress St - Boston,

Dear Sir,

The Committee on Lots have considered your application and the report of the Sept of the Cemetery upon your lot, and have directed me to inform you that the Corporation will guarantee the perpetual repair of your lot for four hundred & fifty dollars.

If this offer meets your approval, I will prepare the necessary papers.

Very Resp yours,

A.J. Coolidge Secretary

Edw Austin Esq -

Dear Sir,

I have tried twice to see you, and as I leave today for a week, & fearing you may be absent by the time I return. I write to inquire if you acted indefandently of Capt. Winsor's suggestion in fixing Eleven hundred dollars for the Vose lot, or whether you read his 1000, which he suggested, as 1100, as the figures looked more like 1100 than the hundred, in a note which he wrote me. As he suggests to $140 referred first, it makes the $1000 up to $1140 very near the figures which you thought too high.

I will wait your reply before notifying Mrs Vose.

Very Respy Yours A.J. Coolidge

Wm C. Lears Esq

Dear Sir,

I thought I should long since have sent you a copy of the deed of reconveyances in trust which I prepared for you to reconvey the Spring Lot - but have been unable to do so until now that I have an assistant.

I think its terms will prove satisfactory to you.

Yours truly

A.J. Coolidge Secretary
