Dea. Chas D Gould

Dear Sir,

I find from reference to the clause of the late Benj. Bradley's will relating to the lot at Mt Auburn, the guaranty is not required of the Corporation, but to expend the income as may be needed.

There is no objection there to the acceptance of the $500 now, if the exrs are ready to pay it.

Please show me a copy of the will, and I will prepare the contract.

If the monument is added at any time it will make no difference. The Corporation is only obliged to expend the income.

Please give me the names of the exrs.

Truly yours

A.J. Coolidge Sec.y
