Dear Sir,

The application made by you to know for what sum this Corporation would assume the perpetual repair of your lot in the Cemetery, no. 585, has recd due attention.

The character and condition of the same having been reported upon by the Superintendent, and been considered by the Committee on Lots, said Committee have directed me to inform you that they will contract to guarantee such perpetual repair for the sum of five hundred & fifty dollars.

-conded by Mr Curtis _ that the appropriations recommended in the report of the committee for the introduction of water to the Cemetery be adopted, which motion under the bye-law lies over to the adjourned meeting.

The Secretary read the following petitions for representation of lots _ and the persons therein named were severally designated to represent such lots.
