The Treasurer reports the following abstract of receipts and expenditures for the 20th year. 1851. viz:

That he had on first of January 1446.92.

Boston . This certifies that I have examined the Treasurer's accounts for the year ending & find them cast correctly and properly vouched, and that there is a balance due to the Treasurer of seven hundred sixty two dollars and twelve cents.

He also exhibited to me the certificate of stocks and bonds belonging to the Corporation according to the Trial Balance of his Books.
