Dear Sir:-
The fence on your lot is in a rusty and unsightly condition, and it would improve the lot and its surrounding to remove it. Will you authorise me to do this, recut the four posts at the corners remove the other posts and sod over the post holes, and cut the number of the lot without expense except the old material.

Lot 747 & 748 united in one under no. 747.
A memorial was presented in behalf of Mr F. A. Peterson, proprietor of lots 747, & 748 situated upon Locust Avenue, each containing one hundred & fifty square feet, both being in one enclosure with one tomb in common, that said lots may be united in one, making three hundred feet, under the number 747 & thus constituting Mr Peterson a member of the Corporation: _
After consideration it was voted that the prayer of the petitioner be granted. _
Stone Farm _ as to right of Mass. Hort. Soc. in same _
Upon Motion of Mr Curtis,,
Voted that the subject of the relations of this Corporation to the Massachusetts Horticultural Society in reference to the Stone Farm be referred to the next Board of Trustees. _
The following special committees which had not before formally reported upon matters committed to them now either reported, or stated that they were not prepared to report, and were severally discharged. _
Comee on Catalogue report progress
Mr Crocker for the Committee to prepare & publish the catalogue reported that the same was making progress and would probably be issued in a few weeks. _
Comee to change position of Lot 598
Mr Tisdale, a Committee to effect a chage of the position of Mrs Eliza Gould's lot (no.598) reported that the same had been done. ~
Comee to build Supts house
Mr Cheever for the Committee to build a house for Superintendent, reported that the same had been done at an expense but little rising $4,000. _
