Geo Wm Bond Esq

Dear Sir,

Shall I enter in the catalogues the name of ____ Lenox, against lot 3628 on Halcyon Ave ? Lot 3672 Mound Ave [Amasa?] Winchester also appears to be unpaid for. Shall I enter that? $736 is amt. ow. Also 3727 - Fountain Av. [reported?] to Gen. J. S. Tyler Nov. 24/66?

Yours truly

A.J. Coolidge

Dear Sir,

Mr Chas. Merriam wishes you to report on sale at burial prices the space between lots 2922 and 3366, which by scale amounts to 140 f - i.e. 20 ft deep by 6 f front, and 8 ft back - On the matter of price he wished me to say that he though you ought to let them have it at $1.00 per foot. I gave him no assurance that you could do so, but told him I thought you would do what you considered to be just right.

As to the contents of space perhaps you had better measure it, although I don't doubt that this is practically correct.

Mrs Merriam is to be credited with the amount paid for space

between the two lots, and the amount paid for the westerly space which is in excess of what should have been charged.

The E. passageway is 30 x 3 = 90
The W. passageway excess is 7 x 3 = 21
111 f
@ 33 1/3 cts.
$37.00
Your certificate had better show the deduction to be made. The accompanying tracing will show the lots & passageways.

Please report as an addition to 2922 - Mrs Caroline Merriam

P.S. I wish to know if the following numbers are free to be used, if so I propose to use two of them^one on the Henry Richardson lot on Snowdrop P. & one for the Lithgow lots.

The first is 3691
Which I do not find was ever used.
The 2d is one reported to A. Winchester 3672
The 3d is one reported to Gen. J. S. Tyler 3727 -
Mr Bond says Gen. Tyler does not take 3727.

If you wish to keep this number for the Winchester lot on Mound Av. I can get along with the other two.

A.J. C.
