Dear Sir,

As you propose to come in^^{early in the week,} I thought it better to return to you the report of today, to allow you to add to it the 1448 feet for Chas. A. Cotting. Of this 330 ft should be reported as an addition to lot no. 3012 - Mary M. Bourne - and 1118 feet report as a new lot to Chas. U. Cotting, giving it a new number. You had better put it into our [?] for him to go to Mr Bond with & enclose to him by mail Monday morning, or leave with me before 9 o'clock.

No. 3691 I have applied to lot of Mrs Henry L. Richardson, on Snowdrop P. No. 3727 to ^^{half of old} lot of Martha Lithgow, on Tulip Path. I will report to which half as soon as I can ascertain from the heirs.

The iron numbers had better be transferred to those lots now in order to avoid mistakes.
