called at the Treasr & paid $630 for the lot last reported, but nothing was said about lot 3808. In your report of the last, no reference is made to the former.

Please send in report as to perpetual care of lots 358 & 359 on Narcissus Path. Wm W. + H.B. Stone. -

Also of lot 2144 Elder P. - John Woods - A fund of $300, with its accumulations amounting to $357.04 has been paid in to the Treasr and it is important to know how much of it must go to present repair of the lot, & how much into the fund for repair.

On lot 454 - Isaiah Atkins - you stated that the regrading & painting would cost $36. Please have it done at once as the Exors are ready to pay the $475 required - besides the $36. - I think I gave the order for this last week - but wish to make sure.

Very Respy yours

Capt. D.L. Winsor, Supt

Sir,

Please endorse upon the enclosed descriptions of lots for perpetual repair the fact that the repairs preliminary to the acceptance by the Corporation of said lots have been made - as fast as each is done.

I have placed the form on the 2d page in case of Isaiah Atkins' lot 454 - of Otis Fairbanks, lot 659 - and of John Woods, lot 2144 -

Will you please review your estimate in the case of John Woods of $400. - It seemed to me from the description, the guarantee might be given for $350. As we shall have about $312 left in the fund after your bill for repairs is in (that is if your bill is $45.) I am anxious to induce the proprietor to pay in enough more to make it up to a guaranty: and I don't believe I can do it, if $400 is required. The lot does not seem to me to involve much greater risk than 3040, Mary Sargent; - 77 J.F. Flagg and 40, T. C. Singleton, every one of which the Trustees have agreed to guarantee for $350. -

Will you strike from the description of lots 358 & 359 the ^final terms at bottom, "when put in order," unless the lots really need repair. You have not stated any to be necessary. My impression is that the lots were recently newly graded. If new grading is required, probably nothing will be done towards paying in the fund until another year. -

Respy yours

Dear Sir: -

Please report upon lot 2887, Larch Av. 60 ft - belonging to Mrs Anna R. Goodwin for perpetual repair -- also state what repairs will cost if any are first needed. --

Mr Thos. Richardson is very anxious about the price of land -- 200 feet more or less on the northerly side of the Alger lot -- at the end of Elm Av -- Somebody has reported to him that it has been sold; but I told him I thought not. He is in the Alger family, & wishes to purchase it --

Will you survey it up to the Alger line, & let him know through me how much it contains --

Truly yours,

A. J. Coolidge
