Please send me answers to the following questions? 1^st Does the granite enclosing the lots of John G. Bundy and E. C. Rolfe on Camellia Path represent Bundy's lot to be 3629 and Rolfe's 3630?

2^d Position and character of the inscriptions of name and number. Are they on the long stone between corner & steps, and in raised or sunk letters?

3^d Is 3629 to the left & 3630 to the right as you face them?

4^th If 3630 is right How much would a new stones connecting the numbers cost?

Dear Sir: --

We have but just been able to make examination of lot no. 2579 belonging to you, & I have laid the report thereof before the Com^ee on Lots, who have considered the matter, and directed me to notify you that the Corporation will guarantee the perpetual repair of said lot, when you shall have put the same in good condition to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, for four hundred dollars. -- $400.

As the snow has left the ground, we have been able to make the proper survey of lot 3356 the report of which I have laid before the Com. on Lots: and I have been directed to notify you that the Corporation will guarantee the perpetual repair of said lot for six hundred dollars $600. --

The Committee on Lots reported that they^^had contracted for the Perpetual Repair of lots as follows: _

1484 With Henry A Whitney for lot numbered 1484, owned by the heirs of Mary Pratt, deceased, for four hundred and fifty dollars: _

904 1309. With Dr. W^m R. Lawrence for lots numbered 904 and 1309 owned by him, for five hundred and fifty dollars: _

693 With the Executors of Nabby Joy, for lot numbered 693 belonging to her estate, for five hundred dollars: _

3356 With the Executors of John T. Kelley, for lot numbered 3356 belonging to his estate, for six hundred and seventy five dollars: _

ratified _

And it was

Voted that the said contracts be severally ratified. _

Bill for Exam.g title.

A bill of A. J. Coolidge for $45.00 for examining titles of estates purchased by the heirs of C. Stone, and of E. & M. Wyeth, was referred to the Finance Com^ee with full power.
