Omitted by assessor Ordered that the assessment of John Ross on Lot 5 B 12 Boren & Dennys with improvements total valuation $4150. The same property being assessed to the Estate of John Ross Ordered that the assessment of the C & P S R R Co on the SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of NE 1/4 sec 28 T 25 R 4 10 acres $200 be cancelled the same property having been assessed twice to said Co on the roll. Saml L Cullis reduced $250. on personal property acct mortagage G W Hall reduced on Improvement Block 40 Hrs S A Bell from 2000 to 1200 Schwabacher Bros & Co reduced on personal property from 72,000 to 62,000 Communication for Geo F Frye in regard to valuation of Opera House Block read and on motion tabled Petitoin of J C Murphy for permission to sell an patented article without taking out a license.
