J.J. White Esq

Dear Sir,

I enclose bills due from your mother & sister. They have been sent sometime since to Newton, & returned through the dead letter office. It was some time before I found out that your mother had gone to your place, & your sister to Europe.

Mrs Kinmouth (who I learn has again married) ^(I don't know the name) has bill of $23.06 for grading & $17. for gardening -- which I presume Mr Brigham will pay if directed.

Mrs White's bills are $57.85 for foundation for mont &c. & $21.00 for gardening.

Early attention to said bills will much oblige.

Yours truly

A.J. Coolidge Sec.y Treasr

Dear Sir,

Yours of 5th with enclosure of deed of lot 3469 & $13 to pay bills was duly recd. I return the deed whc. has been recorded.

As $2. the fee for record was requisite I took that amt from the $13. & applied $1. for interest -- making the old bill $11 & fee for deed $2 -- & than return all to you free of charge.

I sent out at once to Capt. Winsor, the Supt, to have an estimate of the cost of the work you desire to be done, & when I get his answer, I will inform you --

Truly yours

A.J. Coolidge Sec.y & Treasr

that an order left you yesterday (I think,) by Mr Sam. S. Constant of New York, for marble headstones, will be honored when the money is wanted. I can vouch for R. & he vouches for Constant.

J.J. White Esq

Dear Sir,

Yours of 29th is recd. I regret the position of the accounts against the lots of your mother & sister. I heard that your sister was married again & gone to Europe but supposed your mother was with you. The lots are entirely distinct. Cannot the account against your mother's lot be settled?

We are working now upon written orders? We do not wish to neglect these lots; if Mrs White & Mrs Kinmouth wish them cared for -- but as the matter stands we shall certainly have to, unless you can take or procure the respon-
