Halfe an ounce of oyl of Turpintine 10 drops
of of oyl of Juniper Berrys 10 drops of
oyl of nuttmegs 10 drops of oyl of Annisseede
mingle all thes & give 20 drops every morning
in sage posset drink you will find not good in
a fortnight but it will cure at last
