Be it Resolved,

We, Your Committee, on Finance recommend that the petition of F.A. Kennedy be granted and that the City Secretary be authorized and instructed to draw a warrant on the General Fund in favor of said F.A. Kennedy for the sum of Nine & 75/100 Dollars ($9.75) same being the amount of tax paid by him on improveements assessed against him on Lot 9 Blk 2 Union Depot Addition when as a matter of fact it was a vacant lot.
