Cure for the fever Ague

1 gill of very strong coffee, mixed with an equal quantity of lime juice - the dose to be taken just before the fitt of ague is expected.

3/4 of an ounce of Coffee ground very fine, 2 oz of Lemon Juice and 3 of water, the mixture to be taken drunk warm and fasting

Cream Cheese

2 qts of new milk + 2 qts of cream make it milk warm & then add you runnet_ cut it with a wooden knife, & chip the whey off_ continue again to stir the curd until the the whey is chipped off_ after the cheese is pressed a half an hour, {symbol} turn it and rub a little salt over it_ & press it for two days _it is fit to eat when a week old____ _________ [?] scald the whey_____ _______________________________ [?] [?] the cream for making butter but for a but a short time _rolling salt before putting it in__ wash it in two or three pails of water + work it with cle clean pieces of cloth s__ _____________________
