Great job! Most of these are really minor:
line 1: missing “xvi”
lines 3-4: voca- / beris, not vocaber- / bis (and put the hyphen for consistency)
line 5: is that “petra” rather than “petrus”?
line 5: i would imagine the abbreviation for “diuersa” should be “diusa”, not “duisa”; it’s not really possible to tell from the handwriting, but that is how you expandd it in line 8 (correctly, imo)
line 9: same thing re. “diuersorum”
line 10: yes, looks like “futs” (with the -ur abbreviation on top)
line 11: for “tna” as the abbreviation of “trina” – in my transcription i interpreted that symbol above the t as a superscript i, so “tina”; but i may well be wrong about that (same with “primo” a few lines down, etc.)
line 13: in general when there was just a superscript letter rather than an abbreviation per se, i wrote it in the transcription (so i would’ve included the e in “ggis”)
line 15: i think possumus, not possimus (there’s a total of 5 vertical lines, 2 for the u and 3 for the m)
line 15: i would expand it as “gratie,” not “gratiae,” to follow the scribe’s general convention
line 18: “penitentie,” not “primae”
line 19: “Tu est” is rlly remarkable – maybe put a footnote with a “sic” or the like so future readers know it’s not your typo?
line 25: missing “ait” before “actus”
line 31: missing period after the first “deus” (or rather, it’s in the abbreviation expansion instead of the main text)
line 37: missing a line break after Tytus
line 37: no period after nosse
line 38: the abbreviation is fornicatoib, not -torb
line 38: period after igitur?
line 41: ter, not tamen (cf. line 34)
(a general point i’ve been noticing in the past few lines: ecclesiastical spelling often uses c for t before -i or -e; in words like “centies” or “traditionibus” it’s hard for me to tell if the scribe wrote “centies” or “cencies”/“tradicionibus”)
line 55: petro, not petrus; also missing line break there
line 56: si, not se (“is asked three times if he loves”
line 57: se, not si (“professes that he loves”)
line 74: should be no period after sed
line 76: disperse, not dispersae
