1 head lettuce
3 juicy apples
1 stalk celery (1 bunch)
2 lemons
Pare the apples and cut in dice
Treat lemons likewise.
chop on [shaed]celery
mix togerher and cover with mayonnaise
or boiled salad dressing. Serve on lettuce
leaves.
Nut Bread
Scalk 1 cup of milk and pour over
1/4 c flour. Allow the mixture to
cool and add 1 cup luke warm milk
1/3 cup molasses. 1/2 cup yeast 1/2 teaspoon
salt and flour to make bread dough.
Kneed 20 min. Set in a warm place. Let
the dough rise to twice it's size. Knead lightly
adding 1 cup coarse cut nuts and mould into
