Status: Needs Review

Resolved, that the question of the increase of the salary of
M: Kiryk as assistant minister, be referred to the
finance committee, and that his present salary be
continued until such action is taken by the said
committee and confirmed by the vestry.
The Rector announced that M. Peyton Carrington
had ordered from New-Yourk two fine Hymn tablets,
and that M. Carrington desired that the vestry
should determine their location in the Church;
On motion; Resolved, that the location be left
to the Rector and wardens, but that it is in the
sene of the vestry that the memorial tablet
to Dr. Weddell remain unchanged on the paved
next to the chaucel.
On motion, the meeting adjourned,
Geo.K. Tylor, Register.

At a meeting of the vestry of St: John's Church
held in "The Episcal Room" in Mafer's building
on Tuesday February 16 1892.
Present
Rev: L.W. Burton, Rector, Presiding, and
Messm Lynn Bossieux, E.A. Saunders
John F. Mayer, Joseph R. Roane, G.G.
Minor, Thomas S. Macon and George K. Taylor
The meeting was opened with prayer.
A commincation was received from "The Brotherhood"
and is as follows:
"That the Brotherhood undertake to pay the incidental
expense of the [nuiscia] work of the St. John's
Church and in addition will endeavor to
raise five hundred dollars of the assitant
minister salary - Passed Feby 11. 1892"
The Rector made a statement of the financial
condition of the Church and of the Weddell
Memorial mission, which is as follows:
"Weddell Memorial mission
Annual Expences account
on basis lack nine months
