Dear Sir: -
Your note is received. The sod on the lot is a little irregular, but not so that I would advise regrading just at present There are two graves that appear to be open for plants and if these and the graves which now have myrtle are sodded or seeded the turf would look much better and keep in better condition.
The lot would also be improved by removing the fence and all the posts but those marking the corners these posts rehammered and the number of the lot cut on one of them, which can be done for the old material.
Respectfully yours,
Supt.

Dear Sir: -
The cost of perpetual care of lot #2136 including all care of the sod, the washing and pointing but not the renewal of the headstones now on the lot, and the painting of the fence as needed while it lasts will cost four hundred and fifty dollars ($450.00), and if the fence is removed leaving only granite corner posts nearly level with sod, three hundred dollars ($300.00).
The fence will be removed the granite corner posts recut and the number of the lot cut on one of the posts for the old material removed.
To scrape and paint the fence and repair the gate will cost sixteen dollars ($16.00).
Respectfully yours,
Supt.

Dear Sir: -
The paving and avenue near your lot will be put in order as soon as possible. The avenues require more repairs that usual this Spring and it will take longer to get them in order.
The moss on your lot is due to the shade and not to the way the manure is put on. It might perhaps be better to put on wood ashes or fertilizer.
[Respect?]fully yours,
[J. W. Lovering?] .
