I bought me a new suit of work clothes. The
very first thing I did was put then in the washing
machine. I have never seen anything with as much
dye [begin crossed out] in them [end crossed out] as they put in these pants. The water
was so blue it was almost black. I learned my
lesson the first time I ever wore the. I'm not
getting dye poisened any more. I've heard some of
the other boys tell about getting dye poisened, It takes
about four washing to get all the dye out of them but
they are alright after the first washing.

I am anxious to get the letters after Conrad
and his girl were down. I want to know all about
her. Bet he is just as happy. Hope they are as
happy as we were.

Darling I will be so glad when we can be
back together again. I miss you so much and
hope it isn't so much longer that we have to stay
apart. Living for the happy days when we can be
together again.

I love you so much,
Harry
