I say this class of monstry in human form are as [illegible] in this country that it is impossible to execute their law, and took their state of things exist or will remain a [dead?] lither on our state book. The only remedy for the removal of the great and crying evil which mut as at every turn, whcih grow out of the affitiations the alliance and association of the Indians the the refuse and the crum of the bublling Earth that have congregated here for [illegible] and plunder. We say of the Indians whom these scoundrel use as tools to carry out their [illegible] purposes were removed we might then help for a referral in society. The people here are unamnisouly in favor of having the Indians removed if possible from the entire county. They demand it. The good of society demand it. The good and the [illegible] demand it and all approve of it.
